Feel free to comment/make suggestions as well). Being a 'big' guy for most of my life, I've decided that it's time for a change. One of the reasons is because I want to be healthy for my child but also because I want to look better for the women when I'm out Wink. I've tried to change a few things and see if that helps:
1. Cut down on the sodas. Drink water or fruit juice w/o the high frutose corn syrup.
2. Take the stairs instead of the elevator at my work at every opportunity.
3. Try to do some exercising, even if it means walking more. Maybe even go to a gym (money plays a part in this, but we'll see what happens).
4. Eat less. I always try to leave a bit left on my plate.
I don't know if this is helping; I've been told that I am getting thinner and my pants and shirts are starting to get baggy so maybe it's helping Smiley. Is there any suggestions you guys out there can give me to look better; maybe more flexible so I can really rip it up on the dance floor
