Ideas for great beauty and skin products?

Hello all! I am new to this website and loving it so far...I can see an addiction already. Anyway, I am trying to collect ideas for great beauty/skin care products as I have the opportunity to buy all cosmetics at work high end dept. store for 40% off this month that's fragrances, hair products, skincare, makeup, I'm completely replacing my stash here. So, what is your favorite face wash? Powder? foundation? Shampoo? Moisturizer? Any and all additions welcome. Also, I'm 25, have good/clear skin, olive complexion, green eyes. My beauty regimen is pretty low-key...what would you suggest as some must have items as a part of a working girl's beauty wardrobe? I'm in the sun quite a bit too
